Here comes another fabulous creation - a skirt and a ruffle Tee which are great for any occasion! This set is an OOAK and ready-to-ship!

I made the top layer of the skirt from my favorite floral fabric mixed with Michael Miller's brown and blue polka dot fabric. I decided to stitch a satin ribbon above the finishing trim to add more turquoise color to the skirt. The second layer (built-in petty) is made from a blue floral cotton with a ruffle on the bottom.

The light turquoise ruffle Tee is the cutest thing I've ever seen! Double ruffles are everywhere - on the sleeves, chest and bottom. Very beautiful! I added a hand stitched 3D flower applique with a red flower in the center. The center of the red flower is a blue glass bead. Also added two beaded ribbons for that funky boutique look. You'll love this set!

Measurements:

Tee is a size 5T/5. Overall length is 16 inches, sleeves armpit to hem are 11 3/4, skirt is 18 1/2 inches. Waist unstretched is 10 inches flat.
